[pygtk] pygtk and dll

Hi all,

I am doing an application in cygwin, and have all the dll files necessary  
(ie for pango, I have pango.dll and pango.la). My question is how do you  
use them? I want my application to say "import pango", but it complains  
saying "Import Error: No such Process".
Along that same line, must I have the X-server running?

I greatly appreciate any advice or tips.
