[pygtk] Pygtk 2.14 Win64 binaries for python 2.6

 <pygtk en daa.com.au>I have built several binary modules for python 2.6 on
win64.

There are some notes about some changes, incompatibilities this binaries
have.
For atk the bits that cause undefined reference problems have been disabled.

In gdk GdkAppLaunchContext has been disabled for the same reasons.

In gtk GtkMountOperation has been disabled for the same reasons.

I built those files on a hurry because i really needed to have it ready, ill
soon upload gtksourview 2.6.0 and pygtksourceview 2.6.0 too.
