[pygtk] Pygtk 2.14 Win64 binaries for python 2.6

Didn't you have to patch pycairo for that? it uses c99 variable
declaration style which prevents it to compile here.

I filed a bug for it, but the maintainer asked me to ask Microsoft to
fix their compilers to solve the problem:
