[pygtk] where is the api for "window.connect"

    When I learn the tutoral ,I find this code

    self.window.connect("destroy", self.destroy)

    but when I search pygtk 2.0 reference manual,I can not find the
api , only what I do is I know or I can guess the meaning of it
