Hi All,
I am relatively a beginner in python and quite newbie to pygtk.
I made a software for one of my national weather service (Hungary).
It consist of 3 application, a command line version, a gnome application
and a gnome applet.
All works well (or I hope so ;) ) and I am in phase to create a tarball with
autoconf and later I plan to create a deb package (I am using ubuntu).
My problem comes from here. I am an absolute beginner to autoconf :P
but I am sure I will learn it. Unfortunatelly I did not find any info about
how to make bonobo activation server to restart itself to notice the new
*.server file and make the applet available in the gnome panel "Add" window.
If I log out and back it is ok, but as I realized this is not required when I
install a gnome applet with the package manager so it should be another
way...
What is the normal way to achieve the above?
