[pygtk] restore window position

I didn't try all of these, nor did study the decorations problem, but I
did verify that:

w.move(*w.get_position())

does leave the window where it is. To my eyes, this would seem enough,
isn't it?!

That said, if you program for Linux also make sure you read
documentation for gtk.Window.set_role.
