[pygtk] [Glade-users] window resize issue

hi,
I am developing an application using glade and pygtk.but when i click on the
maximize button on the window ,the child  on my window are not increasingly
proportionately.what should we do to make the window and the child to
increase the size proportionately when widow is resized
