[pygtk] AccelGroup and Up/Down/Left/Right keys

I obtain the same result and do not have workaroud. Have you noticed that
<Ctrl>Up works. It seems GTK reserve Up. 

In fact if you try in gnome to bind shortcuts to Up, a message warns you that
that "would interfere with normal operation"...
