[pygtk] Strange Box/Square Characters Show In PyGTK Window

Hello,

When I developed my pygtk application on Windows, it works fine on my system
and text on the window shows clearly. However, executing the application on
another Windows machine, block characters appear instead of actual
characters. Does this have something to do with the encoding of the glade
file? Or am I missing a dependency?

Any help would be great.
