[pygtk] combobox entry pop event keyboard only?

Hi, I ma using glade and auto connecting signals. 

I have this basic callback:

	def on_due_date_comboboxentry_popup(self, arg1):
		print "====================="
		print arg1


The problem is if I click on the pop button nothing happens, if I press
the default keyboard (alt down) the signal fires.  What is happening to
block from the mouse?
