[pygtk] gtK.Asistant and gtk.builder

I reply myself : I completely recode my assistant without usage of
glade/gtk.builder nut with the same functionalities. Now it runs ok,
whitout segmentation fault on the second start of the assistant.
It looklike a bug inside the usage of gtk.assistant in glade/gtk.builder
or a misusage from myself.
