[pygtk] GTK, TreeView, CellRendererPixbuf - "clicked" signal?

Hello, list!

I made table using TreeView.  To manage rows I added column called "Action" which packs CellRendererPixbuf renders.
Each row in this column contains icons "Up", "Down" and "Delete". But there is a trouble. 
I can't find how to connect handler to signal "clicked". It seems that CellRendererPixbuf have not this signal :(
So how now can I connect handler to cell's "clicked" signal?
