[pygtk] ANNOUNCE: pygtkscintilla-0.1 released!

pygtkscintilla is a python wrapper for Scintilla, it gives to pygtk a
powerful source-editing widget with features such as:
 * Syntax highlighting for tons of languages
 * Autocompletion
 * Code Folding
 * Calltips
 * Annotations
 * Markers
 * *Multiple selections* (NEW!)

It provides a nice pythonic API that looks and works better.
