[pygtk] [PATCH] Expose document links in python Evince bindings

Hello,
Attached is the patch for wrapping the evince document links API in
the gnome-python-desktop. This would be helpful in order to implement
Table of Content support in Sugar's Read activity. The relevant
enhancement request is at
