[pygtk] Moving "blocks" on drawing area

Hello,

Is it possible to place and then move around blocks on a drawing area? By
blocks I mean cairo drawn figures or pango layouts. I want the user to
create their own page layout for printing, so they can say, for example:
"Add address" and I will paint a pango layout with the address on a drawing
area. But is it then possible for the user to drag this around and for me to
get the position?
