[pygtk] Is there any tool available for installing python, pygtk, postgresql etc one by one?

Dear All,

Python2.4, PyGTK, Postgresql, mxDateTime etc are must to install in the
windows
to run my application. So i would like to know is there any tool available
for
installing all these together one by one?
