[pygtk] can't install pygtk on windows 7

heelp!

the pygtk installation appears to do all its stuff, and then in the end i
get:

close failed in file object destructor:
Error in sys.excepthook:

Original exception was:

...and it turns out pygtk isn't actually installed.

i'm using windows 7 64-bit, python 2.6 32-bit, and i have gtk installed with
the bin in my path, and i ran the installation as administrator.
