[pygtk] Import problem for PyGtk on Windows

Well, I just changed it to this new wording that I think clearly states 
that PyCairo, PyGObject and PyGTK, plus a Python interpreter and a GTK+ 
runtime are needed.

Anyway, proposals for clearer wording are welcome.
