[pygtk] Toolbars inside Notebooks?

You just needed to call filebar.show_all(). By default, filebar.show() will
only show the Toolbar widget, not the buttons it contains.

Alternatively, you can call self.window.show_all() to get GTK to display
everything packed into the window. This saves you having to call .show() for
every child widget.
