[pygtk] Simple WYGIWYS HTML/Markdown editor

I`am new in GTK+ and I want to create simple and fast WYGIWYS editor
for editing to html files inline.
In this case I don`t know how to wrap <strong>, <em> and <h1>..<h6>
and other tags.
I use this tutorial:
