[pygtk] Windows installer components

  Maybe someone with more knowledge than me can indicate if we need any 
of the optional packages that are not in the GTK "all-in-one" package. 
E.g. pixman looks like it might be required ??
If there are several - then we may need to make our own all-in-one :-(
- not in the all-in-one bundles:
      - pixman, gettext-runtime, pkg-config, winiconv, proxy-libintl, 
GNU libiconv

I suppose a full all-in-one would be:
- python 2.6.5
- the all-in-one bundle from http://www.gtk.org/download-windows.html
- PyGObject
- PyCairo

However - as most users will already have a version of Python - I think 
just needing three installers would be OK
To reduce it to two - maybe we could lobby for the existing "all-in-one" 
to include the two pygtk installers...
   but as that package currently contains no python bindings at all - 
this is probably not likely.
