[pygtk] win32 fullscreens and others reports

hi
sorry, i made an error for the fullscreen ... seems ok with
set_decorated true/false, nice
so my only problem now is for the gtk.gdk events after building the .exe
with py2exe and keysysms.pyc not included in the gtk package
automatically too
