Take a look at http://live.gnome.org/GObjectIntrospection/Annotations, 
kinda simple.

Then looking at clipboard.c in gtk+ source, seems the 
gtk_clipboard_set_with_data was annotated but forcibly 
skipped(introspectable = 0), no idea why.
