But gtk-osx also uses jhbuild on Mac OS X, so you can just use that:

Main reason why I didn't for my bundle, was that I wanted binaries.
But it does provide "gtk-doc" and all the other build dependencies.

PS. You should probably run Software Update, 10.6.4 is old now
    (or just say Mac OS X 10.6, if you mean any Snow Leopard ?)
