[pygtk] ANNOUNCE: Gaphor 0.17.0

Hi all,

I'm glad to announce the release of Gaphor 0.17.0.

Gaphor is an easy to use modeling environment. This means that you are able to create nice UML diagrams for documentation and to assist you with design decisions. Gaphor will help you create your applications.

This release has the following main features:

- New Docking widget layout
- Improved componentized services
- UIComponent rewrite (due to new interface)
- ValueSpecification and subclasses are now treated as attribute. This
  saves a lot of object construction and Java-ish headaches.

You'll need to have PyGTK installed. All other dependencies can be easily installed by running:

	$ easy_install gaphor

or

	$ pip install gaphor
