[pygtk] Scrolling gtk.TextView

Hi guyz,

In intention of doing it, I have read
http://faq.pygtk.org/index.py?req=show&file=faq14.010.htp

This moves the scrollbar but until that "mark" is just reached. In other
words, it moves the scrollbar such that the current insert reaches the
bottom of the viewport rendering what was inserted unreadable as its just
below the viewport.

----------------------      <- But, I want current mark to reach here..
.                     .
.                     .
.                     .
.                     .
-----------------------     <- reaches here.

What do I do so that mark reaches the top of the viewport so that what I
just inserted is at top of the scrollable window?
