[pygtk] Treeview adding content dynamically

hi

I have already created
model             Liststore
view               cell renderer
GtkTreeView

using Glade. I got how to add the contents with the help of glade.
But i dont know how to add contents with the help of pygtk to a already
created one like the above.

ie in existence i have one treeview made with the help of glade how to add
contents to this existing one through pygtk? Does any one know the code
please share or give the link to tutorial
