[pygtk] configure error: too old

Line 12298 was included in my email. It says:

./configure: line 12298: /usr/local/python-2.7.2: is a directory

The ./configure was followed by the prefix option and the location of  
netcdf. The configure itself found the python-2.7.2 module.
