[pygtk] A Drag Handle?

I'm trying to make a widget canvas similar to KDE3's Basket application
or Microsoft's OneNone where text widgets can be dragged around a
layout.  So far so good.  I can create a layout, click on it to create
text boxes, edit the text, etc.... 

But is there a widget which provides a drag handle.  Similar to
gtk.HandleBox() but which isn't window detachable?  Or is there some way
to make HandleBox non-detachable?
