[pygtk] Missing manifest in Windows libraries?

Hi,

I downloaded latest all-in-one pygtk package and installed it on Windows XP SP3 32bit with Python 2.7.3, couple of days ago

Soon after I started getting error dialog "An application has made an attempt to load the C runtime library incorrectly" every time I run certain applications as reported here: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/13182444/an-application-has-made-an-attempt-to-load-the-c-runtime-library-incorrectly

So if I remove PyGTK I'll stop getting this messages.
That error message is related to libraries missing manifest declaration

What would be you suggestion on resolving this?

Thanks
