[Youngstats] 2011 SSAI WA Young Statisticians' Workshop - registrations now open!

Good morning one and all,

As of the society meeting last time, *registrations are now open* for the WA
Young Stats workshop.  For your interest I've attached our form (which
includes information about the workshop) and the slideshow that I used
yesterday evening (both with very minor corrections).  If you are a young
statistician I strongly encourage you to sign up, if you aren't I strongly
encourage you to publicise this event to your colleagues, employees,
students, friends, ....  The more people that come along, the better.

The workshop is from 9am-5pm on Tuesday 27th September at the Tompkins on
Swan Function Centre, Applecross.  Following the workshop, there will be
drinks and nibbles at the Melville Bowls Club.  All society members and
workshop attendees are invited to come along, this provides a
not-to-be-missed opportunity for workshop attendees to meet and network with
society members and vice versa.  We would much prefer it (but don't require
that) you let us know if you will be coming to the drinks and nibbles, for
catering purposes.

If you have any questions, do ask them.  I look forward to seeing as many of
you as possible at or after the workshop,
