Carole has been Office Manager at Data Analysis Australia since 1993 and also acts as personal assistant to the Managing Director, Dr John Henstridge. Carole is responsible for the accounts and the efficient day-to-day running of the office.

Office Assistant
Angela's role at Data Analysis Australia involves reception and administration functions. She provides key administrative support to consultants and in partnership with Carole manages the smooth operations of the office on a day-to-day basis.

Administrative/Consulting Assistant
Marion first joined Data Analysis Australia as a member of the Perth and Regions Travel Survey (PARTS) data collection and processing team. Her role has developed into providing wider project and administrative support, particularly in respect to survey implementation, data processing and report formatting.

Systems Administrator
James works with consultants to deliver effective and efficient IT solutions to clients and manages Data Analysis Australia's network administration in both Unix and Windows architectures. James is completing his degree in Software Engineering at the University of Western Australia. He has been the president of the University Computer Club and has experience with a wide range of computer hardware and software.
