Our March newsletter focuses on how customer segmentation can be used to improve sales and retention in business. 

The Analytical Idea presented on our website takes the converse approach – using segmentation to understand suppliers rather than the customer.  This article uses WA FuelWatch data to analyse the variation and segments of petrol prices.
